Poverty is a threat. It can be well explained that when one is deprived of basic consumption requirements of for life and health such as of food, clothing and shelter. Amartya Sen, the noble laureate of economics from Indi has said that India is not poor, but Indians are poor in sharing the wealth. A study reveals that children growing in poverty can be psychologically affected. Poverty can impair the brain and reduces the child’s ability to learn or develop skills. Poverty cannot be eliminated from the society unless and until, the government and the public design highly strategized policies and frames.
